  About the Role
  We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to expand our premium brand presence and drive qualified rental leads through strategic content, storytelling, and targeted campaigns. This role connects with prospective tenants and owners across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish weekly content aligned with our luxury positioning.

  • Manage DMs, enquiries, and route prospects to booking.

  • Track performance metrics and report weekly.

  • Support paid boosts or ads targeting Cantonments, Labone, Roman Ridge, Osu, East Legon.

  Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts.

  • Strong content creation and short-form video editing skills.

  • Knowledge of Ghana’s rental market or similar industries is a plus.

  Contract Terms

  • 6-month renewable contract.

  • Monthly retainer; reviewed quarterly.

  About the Role
  We’re hiring a Property Manager to oversee listings, coordinate viewings, liaise with landlords, and close rental agreements. Beyond conversion, this role includes sourcing clients through independent marketing and partnerships.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property readiness checks (utilities, access, staging).

  • Coordinate and host viewings (virtual and in-person).

  • Onboard landlords and manage client relationships.

  • Source tenants via direct outreach and personal marketing.

  • Provide weekly reporting on leases, occupancy, and owner feedback.

  Qualifications

  About the Role
  We need a Verification & Media Lead to ensure every listing meets our quality standards and is visually market-ready. You’ll inspect properties, produce professional photos/videos, and deliver content packs to fuel both social media campaigns and viewings.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-listing QA (utilities, finishes, noise, security).

  • Produce and edit photos/videos for marketing and listings.

  • Deliver “Listing Packs” to the Social Media Manager and Property Manager.

  • Ensure all media is delivered within 48 hours of site visit.

  Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate photography/videography.

  • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of editing tools (Lightroom, CapCut, Canva).

  Contract Terms

  • Per-property fee + monthly retainer.

  • Deliverables: 6–12 units per month.
